YvonneRose's 90th birthday party
YvonneRose was a mother of two, a grand mother of five, a great-grandmother of 7 and step great-grandmother to one.
She was much loved by family and friends and due to circumstances was able to be looked after, in the main, by her lovely daughter, at home, right up until the end.
A person centred care journey is never straight forward, there are always kinks and twists. We believe that being able to access information on possibilities and options would be very beneficial to many people.
